This Privacy Policy describes how Fill It Up! ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects the information of people who use our application, available on Google Play as com.fillitup.

Notice for parents and guardians: Fill It Up! may be used by children under 13. If your child uses the app, we encourage you to read this policy in full and contact us with any questions or to exercise their data rights.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary for the app to function:

We do not collect passwords (managed exclusively by Auth0), payment data, or location information.

Create and manage your account.
Let you track your sticker collection.
Connect you with friends and manage trades.
Send you notifications related to trades (requests, acceptances, etc.).
Show ads to keep the app free (see section 5).
Improve the app's performance and functionality.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following service providers:

4. Children's Privacy

Fill It Up! does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete that information promptly.

The app is designed for sticker collecting and may be used by all ages under parental supervision. We do not collect information beyond what is necessary for the basic functionality described in this policy.

5. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads that allow us to offer the app for free. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve ads.

In compliance with Google Play's Families policy, ads shown in Fill It Up! meet the applicable requirements for younger audiences. You can opt out of personalized ads from your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

6. Push Notifications

The app may send you notifications related to your trades (new requests, responses, etc.). You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information: HTTPS/TLS encrypted communications, authentication delegated to Auth0, and restricted access to production data. However, no system is 100% secure; we recommend using a strong password with your authentication provider.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

9. Your Rights

Access: request a copy of your data.
Correction: fix inaccurate information.
Deletion: request that we delete your account and associated data.
Portability: receive your data in a readable format.
Objection: object to processing in certain circumstances.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. The "last updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the current version.
