By downloading, installing, or using Fill It Up! ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

Fill It Up! is a mobile application that lets users track their sticker collections, connect with friends, and organize sticker trades. The app is available on iOS and Android.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the app. Users under 13 should have parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
Use automated tools to interact with the service without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

      Auto-renewal notice: Premium subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly) automatically
      renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
      Your store account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
    

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
To cancel, go to your store account subscription settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in the app are owned by Fill It Up! or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Sticker album artwork and imagery belong to their respective rights holders and are used by users solely for personal collection tracking.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide (usernames, collection data). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fill It Up! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
